Our purpose and passion is to provide you and your family with the freshest and most flavorful baked goods you’ve ever tasted. Because freshly milled, whole wheat tastes phenomenal, and fresh whole grain bread is life-enhancing. We use premium wheat bought from family owned farms located in the finest wheat growing region in the world -- Montana.   Our wheat is grown in what is known as "the Golden Triangle".  This is an area which includes Fort Benton and Great Falls, the towns where Ken and Carol grew up.  The farmers who supply our wheat are the children of people we went to school with and have known all of our lives.  We trust them to grow the finest wheat for the kind of breads we are famous for.  And we only use pure and simple ingredients in our products.
Our Honey Whole Wheat bread has five simple ingredients: Freshly ground whole wheat, honey, water, yeast and a little salt!
You won’t find additives, preservatives or any ingredients you can’t pronounce--ever!
